Charges for Hardcopy Invoices/Statements

Dear Account Clients,

Charges apply for the preparation of hardcopy and faxed invoices/statements. Briefly, the charges are as follows:

Hardcopy (Paper) Invoice/Statement

$5.00 plus GST per invoice/statement

Faxed Invoice/Statement

$2.00 plus GST per invoice/statement

E-mailed Invoice/Statement

NO CHARGE

Note that these charges are in addition to any other account-keeping charges and will appear as separate items on the invoice/statement.
