Charges for Hardcopy Invoices/Statements |

Dear Account Clients, Charges apply for the preparation of hardcopy and faxed invoices/statements. Briefly, the charges are as follows: Hardcopy (Paper) Invoice/Statement | $5.00 plus GST per invoice/statement | Faxed Invoice/Statement | $2.00 plus GST per invoice/statement | E-mailed Invoice/Statement | NO CHARGE |
Note that these charges are in addition to any other account-keeping charges and will appear as separate items on the invoice/statement.
