Account Job Timeframes

Benchmark times for Pushbike and Motorbike jobs (pickup and deliver) during business hours for account clients in the Melbourne CBD and Metropolitan area (up to 25kms) are as follows:
STANDARD JOBS
- Pushbike
   (CBD only) = 2 hours
- Motorbike = 3 hours
EXPRESS JOBS
- Pushbike
   (CBD only) = 1 hour
- Motorbike = 1.5 hours
EXCLUSIVE
- First available courier & direct delivery.
- Usually, within 1 hour.

These times might indicate how long larger vehicles (Cars, Vans and Trays) will take, however larger vehicles mean larger cargoes and increased loading and unloading times.
Please refer to the estimated times displayed by the system when you make an online account booking.

Z Transport Group strives to do better than the benchmark times, however weather, traffic conditions, and vehicle and courier availability are factors that affect the actual delivery times.
All jobs will be actioned during business hours unless previously arranged.
Business hours are 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, except gazetted Victorian public holidays.
Jobs booked after hours or on weekends will be actioned on the next working day or later if requested.
