Jobs can be booked online by credit card between 4am and 11pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

All jobs will be actioned during business hours unless previously arranged - Please note the Delivery Timeframes when you select your service level. Note also that these are benchmark, not guaranteed, timeframes and apply to jobs within 25kms of the Melbourne CBD.

Business hours are 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, except gazetted Victorian public holidays.

Jobs booked after hours or on weekends will be actioned on the next working day or later if requested.

All deliveries must be signed for at the receiving end. If goods are not signed for,they will be held and re-delivery charges will apply. If in doubt, please phone
1300 139 991.

You must include contact names and numbers for both pickups and deliveries

No insurance is available for any pickups or deliveries.

After hours bookings can also be made by phoning 0427 109 450.
